Do I need to buy any hardware?
No proprietary hardware is required. Your team uses the smartphones they already carry. You will need QR code labels for your assets — we can recommend affordable, weatherproof options starting under $0.20 per label.
Can I change my plan or cancel at any time?
Yes. SHOOTRAC has no long-term commitments. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
What counts as a "user"?
A user is any person with a SHOOTRAC account — field workers using the mobile app, managers using the web dashboard, or subcontractors with access. Read-only reporting accounts do not count toward your user limit.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. SHOOTRAC is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with automatic backups and 99.9% uptime SLA on Professional and Enterprise plans.
